St. Patrick’s Day at The Curragh

Location & Services

Where is the pub located, exactly?

6705 N. Northwest Highway, Chicago, IL. We are on the corner of Oliphant and Northwest Highway.

Where can I find parking?

We offer complimentary valet service, 7 days a week. Parking is also available one block west of the pub.

Will the outdoor patio be open on St. Patrick’s Day weekend?

Yes, our enclosed, heated outdoor patio will be available for seating.

Entertainment

Will there be live music for St. Patrick’s Day weekend?

The schedule for live music is as follows:

                       Telstar- live band at 9 p.m. on Friday, March 13

                       Anish- live contemporary Irish music at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 14

                       Acoustic Generation– live band at 9 p.m. on Saturday, March 14

                       Sheila Tully Academy of Irish Dance- Irish dancers at 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 15

                       Joe McShane- guitarist and bagpiper at noon on Tuesday, March 17

Blue Bash Charity Event

What is the Blue Bash Charity Event?

The Curragh Traditional Irish Pub of Edison Park is pairing with UNICEF for a St. Patrick’s Day charity event taking place on Saturday, March 14 at 10 a.m.  The pub is inviting the community to wear blue for the celebration to show their support of in the cause.  For every beer purchased, $1 will go to UNICEF.  Apparel for the event is also available for purchase on the Blue Bash Charity Event Facebook page.

What is UNICEF?

UNICEF works in more than 190 countries and territories to save and improve children's lives by providing health care and immunizations, clean water and sanitation, nutrition, education, emergency relief and more.  

Is there a cover charge for the St. Patrick’s Day Blue Bash?

There is no cover.  Beer and apparel purchases are recommended, so we can reach our goal of $10,000 for the UNICEF foundation.

Who can attend?

Friends and family are welcome.  Must be 21+ to drink.
